Our ‘Happy Hereford’ patties are sourced from grass fed Hereford cattle raised in the Goulburn and King Valley areas of Victoria.

Nathan Weis is as locally born and raised as they come in Shepparton. Growing up in the area, Nathan dreamed of being a chef, spending much of his time as a child in the kitchen. Beginning his apprenticeship at Spaghetti Hollow, he has now been working in the hospitality industry for 12 years. Finishing his apprenticeship at The Terminus Hotel, Nathan went on to work at Bicaros Ristorante as a fully qualified chef, flitting between Bicaro’s, The Terminus, and Tatura Hotel for some time thereafter.
Nathan suffered a brief battle with bowel cancer, then was lucky to see his first child born shortly after recovering. After marriage and another two beautiful children, Nathan settled in at The Junction Hotel Toolamba for four years before being presented with the opportunity to take on head chef position at Revolver. He has a passion for trying new things, big flavours and gourmet ingredients, and has formed Revolver’s menu based around that philosophy.
