At Revolver we understand that the best food experiences revolve around great taste. That’s why we have created “The All Round Burger.”

We are excited to be opening Shepparton’s first dedicated burger store at the Shepparton Marketplace.

Revolver understands the importance of sourcing local produce from our trusted suppliers, who share our passion for high quality food.

Our ‘Happy Hereford’ patties are sourced from grass fed Hereford cattle raised in the Goulburn and King Valley areas of Victoria.

We love being a part of Shepparton’s diverse multicultural community, providing local employment opportunities, and supporting our loyal customers.

Our complete menu includes Beef, Chicken, Lamb,
Pork and Vegie patty options, including some simple options for Revolver Kids, and brekkie burgers to boot! But that’s not all! If burgers aren’t quite your style, why not try some loaded fries, kransky’s or chicken tenderloins? Top off your meal with a Revolver shake in chocolate, salted caramel, nutella, choc peanut butter or espresso coffee. Yummo!

meet the chef
nathan weis

Nathan Weis is as locally born and raised as they come in Shepparton. Growing up in the area, Nathan dreamed of being a chef, spending much of his time as a child in the kitchen. Beginning his apprenticeship at Spaghetti Hollow, he has now been working in the hospitality industry for 12 years. Finishing his apprenticeship at The Terminus Hotel, Nathan went on to work at Bicaros Ristorante as a fully qualified chef, flitting between Bicaro’s, The Terminus, and Tatura Hotel for some time thereafter.

Nathan suffered a brief battle with bowel cancer, then was lucky to see his first child born shortly after recovering. After marriage and another two beautiful children, Nathan settled in at The Junction Hotel Toolamba for four years before being presented with the opportunity to take on head chef position at Revolver. He has a passion for trying new things, big flavours and gourmet ingredients, and has formed Revolver’s menu based around that philosophy.
